Now I am older I have found a lot of support in Kundalini yoga and, what I like to call, the collective consciousness. Trigger warning: Depression I wrote this in my j Trigger warning: Depression I wrote this in my journal 2 years ago. Today I am so thankful for the tools I've gained to live alongside depression. It's not always easy, but here I am. #mentalhealthawareness // 17 Dec 2018 Yesterday and today was hard. Long weekend. I didn't want to commit to making plans with anyone which in hindsight was maybe not the best idea cos I ended up not going out much at all. And felt super low and tired of being tired/restless/just existing. I had a good cry and spoke to Ant about how this feels. The loneliness. No one really understands. I'm tired And have no will power left to push myself I know this will pass And God I know you are with me in this confusing time //
