  1. Lead Times. Artworks are printed when I receive your order. As a result, please allow 6-10 working days for your print to be shipped.
  2. Shipping within SA is R55 and parcels are sent with Fastway Couriers. Average delivery time is 3-4 working days. Please supply me with a physical address as Fastway cannot deliver to a PO Box. You will receive a tracking number for your order.
  3. International shipping is R500 and parcels are sent with FedEx or DHL. Delivery times vary and you will be supplied with a tracking number to track your parcel. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the cost of your order. It is the responsibility of the recipient to confirm custom policies and duties for their country and settle any charges.
  4. Collection in Cape Town can be arranged by appointment via email or WhatsApp. Weekdays only from my studio in Tamboerskloof.  Covid 19 regulations must be adhered to, ie wear a mask, do not collect if you have been in contact with someone who tested positive or if you are displaying any symptoms.

returns and refunds policy


  1. Returns.
    You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    Your item must be in the original packaging.
    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    Sale items and special promotions are not eligible for refunds.
  2. Damaged Goods. I take great care in packaging your print in a way that ensures it arrives to your door safely and without damages. If, for some reason, your parcel arrives to your door damaged, please provide us with photographic evidence and do not remove the print from its packaging. All damaged goods need to be returned in its original packaging unopened, within 7 working days for a full refund or exchange.
  3. Refunds and Exchanges. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or allow an exchange for an item at the same value of the original purchase.You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s.
  4. Shipping. Unless an item is damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. South African customers can use Postnet-2-Postnet for return shipping at an affordable price. Exchanges will be treated as new orders and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
